Three year old Duggan started his life like a scene from the new film Isle of Dogs! He used to live in one of the many land-fills in Tijuana, Mexico. He was rescued after a man set his dog to attack him and he sustained serious injuries. Duggan still has a limp as a result of this sad past, but he doesn’t let it get him down at all!  He's super house-trained and loves to snuggle with people. Come and meet this beautiful boy.
