Little Owen is one of the sweetest pups we have ever met. His front leg causes him no pain and does not work. He gets around very well on his other 3 legs and is the tiny most loving pup ever. He takes a moment to warm up after being so scared from the world for so long but once he feels safe he just wants to be in your lap and hanging out wherever you hang out. He is estimated around 7 years old and is so ready to live the rest of his life in San Francisco with you!!
