This 5 year old, 12 pound Terrier mix came to us recently from Bakersfield, California from an unfortunate hoarding situation. He has been through many changes recently, and is slowly adjusting to his new surroundings.

He has done well with other dogs his size, and may even do well with cats! Franklin is the perfect medium size for city or apartment living! We are still getting to know this sweetheart, but we know that with the love, patience, and socialization, Otto will make an amazing companion.

Right now Franklin is still very timid. He should not live with young children or in a hectic environment. An experienced adopter is preferred.
